Muslimah Budget ("we", "our", or "the product") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our software.

1. No Data Collection

Muslimah Budget is a completely offline application. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any personal data, financial information, or usage statistics. Everything you enter stays exclusively on your own computer.

2. Local Storage Only

All data (expenses, wallets, categories, Zakat records, etc.) is saved locally using your browser's built-in storage mechanisms. No information is sent to any server, cloud, or third party.

3. No Tracking or Analytics

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools, or any form of user behavior monitoring. There are no external scripts that communicate with the internet after the app is loaded.

4. Third-Party Services

The purchase process is handled by Payhip, which may collect your email and payment information according to their own privacy policy. Muslimah Budget itself does not receive or store any payment details.

5. Email Contact

If you contact us via workpoost@gmail.com, we will only use your email address to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing lists without consent.

6. Children's Privacy

This product is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from minors.

By purchasing, downloading, or using Muslimah Budget ("the Software"), you agree to the following terms.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Software on your own desktop or laptop computer. This license is for individual use only.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT: redistribute, resell, sublicense, share access, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Software. You may not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Software remain solely with the creator. This license does not transfer ownership.

4. Offline Nature

The Software is designed to work offline. No warranty is made that it will function with all browsers or operating systems. Recommended browsers: Chrome, Edge, Safari (latest versions).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the creator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Software.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Software, all sales are final. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents basic functionality, contact us within 7 days for a review.

8. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for backing up your data. The Software stores data locally; we do not have access to it and cannot recover lost data.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the mandatory consumer protection laws of the user’s country of residence; for all other matters, they are governed by the principles of international commercial practice without reference to any single national law.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version will always be shown in this modal.

Because Muslimah Budget is a digital product delivered instantly as a download, all sales are final.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you encounter a technical defect that prevents the Software from working as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at workpoost@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will review your case and, if the issue cannot be resolved, may issue a refund at our sole discretion. Refunds are not granted for change of mind, compatibility issues with unsupported browsers, or lost files.
